1. Booking and Payment Policy

Reservation and Deposit

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your place and allows us to make the necessary arrangements for your stay.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the start of your scheduled trip. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other method previously agreed upon with Karku Fly Fishing. All bank fees or transfer costs are the responsibility of the client.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing as soon as possible to be considered for any exceptions.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you cancel your trip within 90 days or less before your arrival date, no refunds will be issued for any amount paid.

• Karku Fly Fishing reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, flight delays, medical emergencies, and weather-related interruptions.

3. Health and Special Requests

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. While we make every effort to fulfill special requests, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and logistical feasibility.

4. Photos and Media Usage

During your stay and fishing activities, photographs and videos may be taken of you and your group. These materials may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or printed materials.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us in writing before your arrival or inform our staff upon check-in.

5. Travel, Insurance, and Responsibility

Each guest is responsible for ensuring that their travel documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.) are valid and up to date.

Karku Fly Fishing is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or additional costs resulting from airline issues, weather, illness, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that includes coverage for fishing-related activities, evacuation, and repatriation.

6. Weather and Fishing Conditions

Fly fishing conditions in Patagonia can vary due to weather, river levels, and natural factors beyond human control.
While our guides will make every effort to provide an exceptional experience, catch results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds or compensations will not be provided for poor weather or natural conditions.

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participation in fishing and outdoor activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or property damage.
By booking with Karku Fly Fishing, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release the company, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during your trip.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be treated confidentially and used solely for managing your booking and providing relevant services.
We will not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill services related to your trip.

9. Changes to These Terms

Karku Fly Fishing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to future reservations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your stay will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz Province, Argentina.
